Return policy
Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of the item's arrival, applicable only within the EU region. Returns from outside the EU are not accepted.
Return Costs and Refund Details:
Buyers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returns. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Additionally, a 10% restocking fee may be deducted from the total refund amount.
Additional guidelines:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached. Shoes must be returned unworn, without any signs of wear, and in their original packaging. Products must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or any other signs of wear. All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from our Online Return Centre, clearly indicating the items being returned. Incorrectly filled out forms may cause delays in processing your return. When returning items from multiple orders, please include an order packing slip for each applicable order. All items purchased on sale are eligible for returns in the form of store credit, provided as a CORE E-Gift Card. We cannot be held liable for any return packages that may be lost or stolen during transit. Please retain proof of postage and/or return tracking numbers. Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned items. Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. We do not accept return drop-offs at our corporate office.
Reserved rights regarding returns:
We reserve the right to define, limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at our discretion for reasons including:
  • Irregular or excessive returns history, indicating "wardrobing."
  • Irregular or excessive returns involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.
  • Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity. Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity for similar reasons as noted above.
To initiate a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure to fill out the enclosed return form.
If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to promptly address and rectify the issue.
Exceptions/Non-returnable items:
Certain items, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), cannot be returned. If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us for assistance.
Exchanges:
The quickest way to get the item you desire is to return the item you have, and once the return is processed and accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
