Out of Stock Items:
In the event that an item you're interested in is no longer available in your size, let us know! Send us the product link along with your desired size, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request based on our inventory.

Size Discrepancies:
Please be aware that our size chart typically allows for a 1-2 cm tolerance. Each product's size chart is provided on its respective page, measured in centimeters. If the items don't fit as expected, you're welcome to initiate a return according to our return policy.

Color Variation:
Our product photos are taken without any filters, but variations in color may occur depending on your device's screen settings. If you're unsatisfied with the color of your received product, we're happy to facilitate a return or exchange.

Physical Store:

Coupon Code Usage:

Order Cancellation Explanation:
If an item listed on our website becomes unexpectedly out of stock in our factories, we'll contact you within 24-48 hours to explain the cancellation. Any remaining in-stock items from your order will still be shipped, with the unavailable item refunded accordingly.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please notify us immediately. We process and dispatch orders swiftly, typically within one business day for items in stock. Once the parcel has been sent to the post office, modifications are no longer feasible.
